Making Sourdough Bread

I just typed a big post on my adventures in making Sourdough.  It is on the Facebook page, so check it out!

So far, I think the FB page is working out.  Hyperlinks are non-existent.  I am concerned that people get overloaded with posts.  Hopefully I can utilize the Discussion page for certain things.  Feel free to start Discussions about what you are interested in, if you have questions about couponing, or if you have a local deal you would like to share.

I have set up a Facebook page for Save Green, Live Green.  You can "Like" it by clicking the button on the right.  I may double-post for a little bit to see how conducive it is.  If all goes smoothly, I may begin using only Facebook.  I think this might make things a little easier for me, at least at this point in life!  =)   What do you think of the idea?

Become a Green Mom Ambassador and Share "Green" Samples with Friends

Kiwi Magazine has a program called Mom Ambassadors, which encourages mom's to form discussion groups centering around green living.  The Green Mom Ambassador program sends groups samples to get feedback on products.  Samples have been from companies such as Boiron, Pamela's Products, Amy's Kitchen, Nature's Gate, etc.

If you would like to apply to be a Green Mom Ambassador, just fill out the form.  There is also a very quick bit of training after you apply--simply just clicking through a couple quick pages (like a paragraph or two per page) of info.

I am Back!

So, it has been a slow process to gear-back up after vacation.  My daughter started school this past week, and we have just been busy, busy.

But, there have been some fun deals, and I miss sharing them with you.  Don't forget to let me know when you like a deal.  It is the feedback that drives me, so the more I know it helps others, the more motivated I get.

I am considering going completely to a Facebook page, but am not sure about how well it would work out.  I'll keep you posted on any changes.

Tons of New Target Coupons! Print Quick!

Target released a bunch of new coupons.  These can be stacked with manufacturer coupons (when available).  There are lots of clothing coupons (look for clearance items), and even a $1/1 produce coupon (can use on organic!).  Often the clothing, produce, etc. coupons will only give you one print per computer.  Many of the others allow two prints.  Some of the great coupons tend to disappear quickly, so you might print what you want, while you can.
