I received an email from Mambo Sprout's today that they looking for feedback on a new digital coupon book to possibly replace the printed book they send in the mail.
Go HERE to review the digital coupon book (and also check out the e-coupons associated with it--same e-coupons on MamboSprouts.com right now). Then, fill out a short, 10-question survey and be entered to win one of 25 goodie-bags filled with organic items. Winners will be chosen on March 15th and notified by email.
